Bringing home a stray [Heracles]

Heracles ran a hand through his air as he walked out to the backyard, smiling slightly. It was warm out, with the sun shining but not beating down, with a pleasent breeze blowing. He took a deep breath and began walking through the garden, sticking his hands in his pockets.

He slowed down as he came across Francis kneeling in a bush, tilting his head to the side. He watched Francis pull something from the bush and stand up, moving closer as he did so. He smiled at Francis when the man turned around, distracted by the kitten in his arms. "Αχ! Ω, εσείς φτωχό πράγμα." He said, slipping into his native tongue briefly. He gently took the kitten from Francis's arms, craddling it against his chest.

"What happened to you sweetie?" He asked, completely forgetting about Francis's presence. He gently stroked the kitten, scratching it between the ears.

((The greek means "Ah! Oh, you poor thing." I can just see Hera turning to complete mush around kittens ^^))

He looked up as Francis began talking, feeling faintly embarrassed to have forgotten about the other man. He nodded, smiling at Francis. "You like cats?" He missed his own cats; but, sadly, he had had to leave them with one of his neighbors while he was here at this place. He cuddled the kitten again, running his fingers over his head.

"We could...are we allowed to?" He wondered, scratching the cat under his chin. A stray? No wonder he was so thin. They'd have to get some food for him, and toys, and brushes...He focused back onto the cat when he started biting at his fingers and he nodded to himself. Food first for sure.

Heracles watched Francis, humming in agreement. He winced as the cat bit him once again, this time harder and managing to cut his finger enough that it started to bleed. "Yeah, lets do that." He said, sucking on his finger before switching the arm he was holding the cat with and grabbing Francis's hand. He started off towards the house, gently tugging Francis along behind him.
